Training Design Document

I created a Training Design Document for the Training & Development Department at Matrix Service Company to help organize and document the various elements of training development projects and to help in communication with stakeholders.

Training Plan

I created training for the InfiLaw System consortium of law schools on distance education. The training was originally conceived as a basic introduction to distance education for professors who had not previously taught online. The training plan shows the initial planning of this course, including alignment to Quality Matters Higher Education Standards for online courses.
